Frequently Asked Questions

Why stock two black cartridges when the machine only holds one?

Because the second one lives on the shelf until the moment the first runs dry — and on a shared departmental machine, that moment always seems to land mid-job. With a spare ready, a swap takes a couple of minutes and nobody waits on a delivery. Together the pair covers a rated 56,000 black pages.

How much do we save with the two-pack versus buying singles?

Two cartridges bought separately would cost $111.00; the two-pack is $92.52, so you save $18.48 and pay $46.26 per cartridge instead of $55.50. That also drops the per-page cost below the single-cartridge figure of roughly 0.20 cents. For a machine that goes through black toner steadily, the savings repeat with every cycle.

Does this two-pack fit both the MP C4502 and the MP C5502?

Yes — both models share the same black cartridge on this platform, and this listing simply names it by its cartridge code, 841647. The machines covered are Ricoh Aficio MP C4502 and MP C5502, and either unit from this pack works in either model. There is no separate black cartridge for the faster C5502.

Can we split the pack between two machines in different departments?

Absolutely. Each cartridge is individually sealed, so one can go into a machine today and the other can sit in a different supply cabinet across the building. Splitting a pack between two MP C4502 or MP C5502 units is a common way for offices to keep both machines covered with a single order.

How quickly will our order reach us?

Orders ship from the closest of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — which keeps transit times short for most of the country. Ordering before the low-toner warning appears is still the safest habit, but the shelf spare in this pack means a delayed delivery never stops the department.

What if one cartridge from the pack turns out to be faulty?

Each cartridge is covered individually by our one-year warranty, and you have a full year of free returns if anything goes wrong — see our shipping and returns page for how it works. You do not need to send back the good cartridge to get the faulty one replaced. Our support team is reachable Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
