Frequently Asked Questions

Our C332DN is shared by the whole office. How long will this pack last us?

The pack holds two 46508704 cartridges at 3,500 pages each — 7,000 pages in all. A five-person office printing around 1,500 pages a month would work through that in roughly four to five months. A busier desk doing 3,000 pages a month should plan on about two months per pack. The useful habit is to reorder when you install the second cartridge: at that moment you have a full 3,500 pages in the machine and plenty of time for the next pack to arrive.

Why does the pack work out cheaper than the single cartridge?

A single 46508704 costs $36.81. In this pack the same cartridge is effectively $27.57 — two for $55.13 instead of $73.62 bought one at a time, a saving of $18.49. Nothing about the cartridge changes; the yield is the same 3,500 pages apiece. Sellers can simply afford a better unit price when one shipment carries two cartridges instead of one.

Can I install one cartridge now and keep the other for later?

Yes — that is exactly how the pack is meant to be used. The cartridges are individually sealed, so install the first, store the second somewhere cool, dry, and out of sunlight, and open it only when the printer asks. There is no clock ticking on a sealed toner cartridge the way there can be with ink, so a spare bought today is still a spare that works next season.

Is this genuine Oki toner?

No. These are compatible cartridges built to the 46508704 specification for the C332DN and the MC363DN, sold under our own name. They are made to fit the same slot and deliver the same rated yield as the original part, at a lower cost per page. If you specifically need the manufacturer's own box, this listing is not that — everything else about the job it does is equivalent.

What happens if a cartridge underperforms?

You have a one-year warranty and one-year free returns on the pack, with the full terms on our shipping and returns page. Fading prints, streaks, or a cartridge that gives up early are the kinds of problems that coverage exists for. And if you would rather troubleshoot before returning anything, support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

Which warehouse will my pack come from?

We ship from four locations — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and California — and your order is routed to the closest practical one. For a workgroup printer, that shorter trip matters: less time in transit means less time between the low-toner warning and having both cartridges in the building.

About This Two-Pack

Built around the shared office printer, this two-pack pairs two black 46508704 cartridges — 3,500 pages each, 7,000 in total — for C332DN and MC363DN machines at $55.13. The planning logic is simple: one cartridge printing, one in reserve, and a reorder point you can see coming instead of one that ambushes you. It sits alongside the single cartridge and the rest of our Okidata compatibles, all covered by a one-year warranty with free returns for a year.
