Frequently Asked Questions

How does this 3-pack's price break down per cartridge?

The pack is $43.42 for three cartridges, so each one costs about $14.47. Set that against $26.81 for a single and the step is clear: three singles would total $80.43, so the pack saves you $37.01 while putting two spares on the shelf.

What does the pack do to my cost per page?

Three cartridges at 3,000 rated pages each give 9,000 pages for $43.42 — about 0.48 cents per page. Buying singly, the same cartridge runs roughly 0.89 cents per page, so the 3-pack nearly halves your toner cost per sheet.

How long would three cartridges last a typical B4400?

At a light 300 pages a month, the pack stretches to about two and a half years; at 750 pages a month, roughly a year. The cartridges are rated at 5% coverage, so heavy, dense documents will move through them faster than plain correspondence.

Which printers take these cartridges?

The B4400 on this listing plus B4400n, B4500, B4500n, B4550, B4550n, B4600 and B4600n — the Okidata 43502301 is the one cartridge for that whole mono family.

What if one of the three turns out faulty?

Each cartridge is individually covered by the 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns; a problem with one does not affect the standing of the others. The shipping & returns policy covers the steps.

Where will the pack be shipped from?

From one of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and the Okidata page has cartridges for any other Oki models you use.
