Frequently Asked Questions

Why buy two cartridges at once for a single T652?

Because a printer that stops mid-job rarely stops at a convenient moment. With this 2-pack, one T650H11A goes into your T652 today and the second waits sealed on the shelf, so the next change takes minutes instead of a delivery wait. Together the pair covers up to 50,000 pages before you need to think about toner again.

How much does the 2-pack save compared with buying singles?

Two single cartridges would cost $339.38; this pack is $320.91, so you keep $18.47. That drops the price to $160.46 per cartridge and brings your toner cost down to about 0.64 cents per page across the full 50,000-page supply.

Will the spare cartridge still be good after months in storage?

Yes, as long as it stays sealed in its bag, stored flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Toner cartridges keep well for a long shelf period, and the spare only starts its working life when you open and install it. Storing it in the same room as the printer is perfectly fine.

My listing says T652 — is that the only printer this fits?

No. The listing calls out the T652, but the T650H11A is a shared cartridge across the entire T650 platform, including T650, T650n, T650dn, T650dtn, T652, T652n, T652dn, T652dtn, T654, T654n, T654dn, T654dtn, T656dne, TS654dn and TS656dne. Both cartridges in this pack fit any of those models, which makes the pack a sensible buy if your office runs more than one printer from the family.

How far does 50,000 pages really go?

It depends on your monthly volume. At 2,500 pages a month, this pack covers about 20 months; at a busier 5,000 pages a month, roughly 10 months. Either way, buying in a pair stretches the gap between orders and means one less reorder to remember.

Are both cartridges in the pack covered the same way?

They are. Each cartridge carries the same one-year warranty, and our free return window also runs a full year — the policy is outlined on the shipping & returns page. Support is on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, if a question comes up with either cartridge.
