Frequently Asked Questions

How long will one cartridge actually last in my T652?

The T650H11A is rated for up to 25,000 pages at the standard 5% coverage used for yield testing. In a T652 printing around 2,000 pages a month, that works out to roughly a year of printing from a single cartridge. Heavier coverage — dense reports, forms, graphics — shortens that, while plain text stretches it further.

What does each printed page cost with this cartridge?

At $169.69 for up to 25,000 pages, the math lands at about 0.68 cents per page for toner. That is the advantage of a genuine high-yield cartridge over standard-yield options: the cartridge costs more up front, but every page that comes out of your T652 costs less.

The listing names the T652 — will this cartridge fit my printer?

Yes — and it fits more than the model in the title. This page highlights the T652, but the T650H11A is one cartridge for the whole T650 platform, so it also works in T650, T650n, T650dn, T650dtn, T652, T652n, T652dn, T652dtn, T654, T654n, T654dn, T654dtn, T656dne, TS654dn and TS656dne. If your printer is on that list, this is the right cartridge regardless of which model name appears in the listing.

How do I know when it is really time to replace the cartridge?

Your T652 will warn you when toner runs low, and prints start to look lighter or uneven as the cartridge nears the end. A faded band down the page that does not clear after gently rocking the cartridge side to side is the classic sign it is finished. Swapping takes a couple of minutes with no tools.

Is installation something I can do myself?

Absolutely. Open the front cover, slide the old cartridge out, unpack the new one, give it a gentle side-to-side rock to distribute the toner, and slide it in until it seats. There are no settings to change and nothing to configure — the printer is ready as soon as the cover closes.

What protection comes with this cartridge?

It is covered by a one-year warranty against defects, and returns are free for a full year if anything is not right — see the details on our shipping & returns page. If you need help, our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
