Frequently Asked Questions

• What is in this set of 9?

The box holds: CN053AN (1,000 pages), CN054AN (825 pages), CN055AN (825 pages), CN056AN (825 pages). Each cartridge is individually sealed.

• Which printers does this set fit?

The set fits OfficeJet 6100, OfficeJet 6600, OfficeJet 6700, OfficeJet 7110 and 3 more. The complete verified list is in the Compatible Printers section on this page.

• Which number is the black — 932 or 933?

In this family the black is the HP 932 and the three colors are HP 933. The two numbers are one system — a printer that takes one takes the other.

• Do all the cartridges have chips?

Yes. Every cartridge in the set carries a new compatible chip that reports its own ink level to the printer.

• Is the set better value than singles?

Yes — the set is priced below the same cartridges bought one by one, and one box restocks every slot at once. Check the per-cartridge yields above against your usage.

• Can I install just one cartridge from the set?

Yes. Open and install only the color the printer asks for, and keep the rest sealed — they store fine for when their turn comes.

• My printer shows a warning after installing — what do I do?

Acknowledge the message, reseat the cartridge until it clicks and restart the printer. Most warnings are a one-time notice that a non-original cartridge was fitted.

• Is this an original HP set?

No. It is a Clever Supplies compatible set built to the original HP specifications and covered by our lifetime warranty. It is not manufactured by HP.

• 932/933 or 950/951 — which family is mine?

Check the number printed on the cartridge you are replacing. The families serve different OfficeJet generations and are not interchangeable.

• What if one cartridge in the set is faulty?

Contact us with the color and the problem — the lifetime warranty covers each cartridge in the set individually, so a single faulty cartridge is replaced on its own.

• Which cartridge in the set runs out first?

It depends on what you print: text-heavy use drains the black first, photo and graphics work drains the colors. Each cartridge reports its own level, and the spares from this set store sealed until their slot asks for them.

• How should I store the unopened cartridges?

Sealed, upright and at room temperature, away from sunlight. Install each cartridge only when the printer asks for that color.
