Frequently Asked Questions

What does an 18,000-page rating mean for a C5765DN in daily production use?

It means this 332-2115 cartridge is built for a printer that works all day, not one that prints occasionally. Eighteen thousand pages is thirty-six reams of paper from a single unit, so on a C5765DN handling departmental black-and-white volume the changeover interval stretches into months rather than weeks — and toner stops being a recurring interruption to the work.

What does one printed page cost with this cartridge?

At $93.89 against 18,000 rated pages, the math lands at roughly 0.52 cents per page. That is the standard test-coverage figure; dense pages — solid fills, shaded forms, heavy graphics — consume toner faster and push the real-world cost up somewhat. Even so, a half-cent page rate is exactly the economics a high-capacity unit like the 332-2115 is bought for.

How long will a single cartridge last at typical workgroup volumes?

Throughput decides it. At 3,000 pages a month, one 332-2115 covers about six months; at 6,000 a month, roughly three. A practical approach is to note the C5765DN's page counter at the start of two consecutive months — once the machine's true monthly volume is known, the reorder date becomes a calendar entry instead of a guess made when output starts to fade.

Does print quality stay consistent across such a long cartridge life?

Yes — density and sharpness hold steady from the first page until the toner is genuinely near empty, at which point pages begin to lighten gradually rather than failing without warning. What an 18,000-page cartridge changes is not how the C5765DN prints day to day, but how rarely anyone has to stop mid-run to swap a unit.

What warranty and returns cover does this cartridge carry?

It is covered by a one-year warranty and one-year free returns. If a unit arrives faulty or underperforms, the process is laid out on our shipping and returns page, and our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central. Orders are dispatched from warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California.

Is this a genuine Dell cartridge?

No — it is a compatible 332-2115 cartridge manufactured to the specification the Dell C5765DN requires, and it appears in our Dell toner range. The saving against the original-brand equivalent is the reason it exists; the one-year warranty and returns cover are what stand behind that choice.
