Frequently Asked Questions

Why buy two 18,000-page cartridges in one order?

Because a C5765DN that runs production volume cannot wait on a delivery when a cartridge ends mid-job. This 2-pack puts one 332-2115 in the machine and one on the shelf — 36,000 pages of cover in total — so a changeover takes minutes and the reorder can happen calmly afterwards, with the spare already absorbing the gap.

What does the 2-pack save compared with buying singles?

Two single 332-2115 cartridges bought separately come to $187.78; this pack is $169.29, a saving of $18.49. That brings the per-cartridge cost down to about $84.65 and the per-page cost to roughly 0.47 cents across the pack's 36,000 rated pages — the same cartridge, bought the way a working printer actually consumes it.

How should the spare cartridge be stored?

Keep it sealed in its packaging, flat, in a cool dry cupboard away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Stored that way, a spare 332-2115 is ready to drop into the C5765DN months later without any special preparation — just open it when the installed unit runs out and fit it as normal.

When is the right moment to order the next pack?

The clean trigger is the day the shelf spare goes into the machine. At that point the C5765DN has up to 18,000 pages of runway left, which is ample time for a replacement pack to arrive from one of our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — no expedited shipping, no gap in cover.

What if one cartridge in the pack turns out to be faulty?

Each unit is covered by a one-year warranty with one-year free returns, whether it is the first cartridge out of the box or the spare fitted months later. The steps for a return or replacement are on our shipping and returns page, and support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central if you would rather talk it through.

Are both cartridges in this pack the same 332-2115 unit sold singly?

Yes — the pack contains two of the identical compatible black cartridges listed for the Dell C5765DN in our Dell toner range, each rated at 18,000 pages. There is no difference in specification between the pack units and the single; the only difference is the price you pay per cartridge.
