Frequently Asked Questions

Who buys ten cartridges at once?

Offices running several B1160-series printers, or one machine printing at real volume. Ten Dell 331-7335 cartridges hold 15,000 rated pages — enough to carry a multi-printer office through a year or more without a single mid-year toner order. It is a stockroom purchase, not a desktop one, and it is priced accordingly.

What is the per-cartridge price in this pack?

$16.12 — the lowest in the 331-7335 family. Ten singles would cost $327.60; this 10-pack is $161.23, saving $166.37. Per page, toner falls to roughly 1.07 cents, against about 2.18 cents buying one at a time: the running cost of this small cartridge is effectively halved.

How long does 15,000 pages last?

At a combined 1,500 pages a month across your printers, about ten months. At 750 pages a month, around twenty months. Because every B1160-series machine — B1160, B1160W, B1163, B1163W, B1165, B1165NFW — draws the same cartridge, the pack's life is set by your fleet's total pages, not by any single printer.

How much storage do ten cartridges need?

Less than you might expect — these are compact cartridges for compact printers, and ten sealed boxes sit comfortably on a single shelf section. Keep them cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, rotate oldest-first, and set your reorder point at the last two cartridges so the shelf never fully empties.

What if our printer fleet changes while we hold this stock?

The pack is safer than most bulk toner buys: the 331-7335 covers six models across the B1160 series, so cartridges bought for one machine remain usable in the others. As long as a B1160-series printer stays in the building, the stock has a home.

What cover applies to a pack this size?

Each of the ten cartridges is individually covered by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders ship from our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses. The full policy is on our shipping & returns page.
