Frequently Asked Questions

Why buy two 330-2209 cartridges at once instead of one?

Because of how a printer actually runs out: never at a convenient moment. With this 2-pack, one cartridge goes into your Dell 2335 and the second waits on the shelf, so a change takes minutes instead of a delivery cycle. Between them the pair carries up to 12,000 rated pages before you need to think about ordering again.

What does each cartridge in the 2-pack effectively cost?

The pack is $75.97, which is $37.99 per cartridge — against $47.23 for the same 330-2209 bought singly. You save $18.49 across the pair, and the toner cost per rated page falls from about 0.79 cents to about 0.63 cents.

Are both cartridges identical?

Yes — two of the same compatible black 330-2209 cartridge, each rated at up to 6,000 pages. There is no standard-yield and high-yield mixing in the box: whichever one you load first, the remaining spare carries the same rating.

How should the spare be kept?

Sealed in its packaging, stored flat in a dry place at normal room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Kept that way it is simply ready — the whole value of the second cartridge in this pack is that it can go straight into the 2335dn the moment the first one fades.

Is a 2-pack the right size for us?

For one 2335 printing in the region of 1,000 to 2,000 pages a month, yes: 12,000 rated pages is roughly six months to a year of cover in a single order. If your machine prints far less, a single cartridge may be the more sensible buy; far more, or several machines, and the larger packs in this range bring the per-cartridge price down further.

What cover do the cartridges carry?

Both are covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — if either fades early or fails, it comes back to us. Help runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the terms are on our shipping & returns page.
