Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the second cartridge in this 2-pack add only $7.78 to the price?

A single 331-0719 costs $26.27, so two bought separately would run $52.54. This 2-pack is $34.05 — the second cartridge effectively costs just $7.78 more than the first, which brings the per-cartridge price down to $17.03 and saves you $18.49 against buying singles. The cartridges themselves are identical; the discount is purely for taking two at once.

How many pages does the 2-pack cover in total?

Each cartridge is rated at 3,000 pages, so the pair covers up to 6,000 black pages. At the pack price of $34.05, that lowers the toner cost to about 0.57 cents per page, compared with roughly 0.88 cents per page when you buy the cartridge one at a time.

Does the spare cartridge lose quality sitting in a cupboard?

Not if it stays sealed. Keep the second 331-0719 in its packaging, away from direct sunlight and heat, and it will be ready when the first one runs out. Unopened toner stores well for a long shelf period, which is exactly what makes a working-plus-spare setup practical for a 2150.

Which printers is this 2-pack for?

Both cartridges are the high-yield black for the Dell Color Laser 2150cn, Color Laser 2150cdn and Multi-Function 2155cdn. This pack contains black only — the color cartridges for the 2150 series are sold separately under their own part numbers.

Who is a 2-pack the right size for?

It suits a 2150 that prints steadily but not heavily: one cartridge in the machine and one on the shelf means a faded page never turns into an emergency order. If your printer only wakes up a few times a month, a single is honestly enough; if it runs daily, the step up to larger packs drops the per-cartridge price further.

What warranty and returns cover this pack?

Both cartridges carry our one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year — the terms are spelled out on our shipping and returns page. We dispatch from warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California, and you can reach support Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
