Frequently Asked Questions

What does 302,000 pages look like as a buying decision?

It is an annual-scale decision. Ten GPR-43 cartridges at 30,200 pages each give 302,000 pages for $324.37 — $32.44 per cartridge, about 0.11 cents per page, and $166.43 saved against buying the same ten cartridges singly. For a machine or department on a yearly consumables budget, this pack turns toner into one line ordered once.

Is tying up $324.37 in toner sensible for every user?

Honestly, no — it depends entirely on throughput. At 25,000 pages a month the pack is roughly a year's supply. At 3,000 pages a month it is more than eight years of stock, which is far too much to hold. Check your meter history first; the pack rewards genuine volume and penalises optimism.

How should ten cartridges be stored and used?

Sealed, flat, cool and dry, and used oldest-first. Date the cartons when they arrive if it helps the rotation. A cartridge that waits its turn in proper storage is ready when its turn comes; the discipline that matters is simply not letting newer stock jump the queue.

What if one cartridge in ten proves faulty?

It is covered like any other: the one-year warranty and one-year free returns apply per cartridge, so a single dud is replaced or refunded on its own merits without unwinding the whole order. The shipping and returns page sets out how it works.

Can this stock serve a mixed fleet?

Only the part of the fleet that runs the GPR-43. These are GPR43BK cartridges; machines specified for GPR-42 or GPR-38 need their own families. If several of your imageRUNNER machines share the GPR-43, though, one 10-pack can feed them all.

Who do we talk to before placing a bulk order?

Our support team, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST — they can confirm stock across our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses so a large order ships without surprises.
