Frequently Asked Questions

Who gets through 75,500 pages of black toner?

Back offices with real throughput: accounts departments at month-end, logistics teams printing documentation all day, schools and clinics with constant paperwork. Five Canon GPR-39 (GPR39BK) cartridges at 15,100 pages each is 75,500 pages — for a machine doing 1,000 pages a day, that is a full quarter in one box.

What is the saving at this step of the ladder?

Five singles come to $298.60. This pack is $224.64 — $44.93 per cartridge, a saving of $73.96. Only the 10 pack is cheaper per unit, at $43.08, so the 5 pack takes nearly all the available discount while holding half the stock.

What per-page cost does that work out to?

About 0.30 cents per page for black output. When a department prints tens of thousands of pages a quarter, the move from the single's 0.40 cents to roughly 0.30 cents is a budget line your finance team can actually see.

How do we store five cartridges without wasting any?

Keep them sealed in their boxes, flat, in a cool dry cupboard, and use them oldest-first. At the volumes this pack is aimed at, the full set typically turns over within two or three quarters — well within sensible storage time.

What protection do we have across all five?

Each cartridge is covered individually by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns; terms are on the shipping and returns page. One faulty unit is sorted on its own, without touching the rest of the pack.

Does a bigger order mean slower shipping?

No — the pack ships from whichever of our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses is closest to you, the same as a single cartridge. If you want to check anything first, support is around Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
