Frequently Asked Questions

What does a 3 pack change about how we manage toner?

It turns toner into a twice-a-year decision for many departments. Three Canon GPR-39 (GPR39BK) cartridges total 45,300 pages. At 400 pages a day that is close to six months of black printing from one order — buy it, shelve it, and stop having the low-toner conversation every few weeks.

How much cheaper is each cartridge in this pack?

Three singles would run $179.16. This pack is $142.17 — $47.39 per cartridge, saving $36.99 overall. That puts black toner at roughly 0.31 cents per page, against 0.40 cents buying one at a time.

Will the third cartridge still be good when we reach it?

Yes, with ordinary storage discipline: sealed, flat, cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. A department using this pack will typically install the third cartridge within two cartridge cycles — a few months — which is comfortably within a toner cartridge's shelf comfort zone.

What cover applies to the pack?

All three cartridges carry our 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns; the shipping and returns page has the full terms. A fault in one cartridge is resolved on that cartridge alone.

Is the 3 pack a better idea than the 5 pack for us?

It depends on burn rate. The 5 pack is cheaper per cartridge ($44.93) but holds 75,500 pages. If that is more than a year of printing for you, the 3 pack keeps less money idle on the shelf while still capturing most of the saving.

How do we get advice on sizing before we buy?

Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST — tell us your rough monthly page count and we will do the pack maths with you. Orders ship from our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses.
