Frequently Asked Questions

What does 560,000 pages actually mean?

Over half a million pages from one order. Ten GPR-38 cartridges at 56,000 pages each give 560,000 rated pages for $774.02 — $77.40 per cartridge, about 0.14 cents per page, and $166.48 saved against buying ten singles. It is the deepest stock position this family offers, priced accordingly.

At $774.02, how do we decide whether this is the right buy?

Start with the meter. Annualise your machine's black page count: if it approaches 560,000, the pack is roughly a year of production at the family's lowest unit cost. If it is far below that, weigh two honest cautions — cash held in slow-moving stock, and a warranty and returns window of one year that will not stretch across several years of shelf time. The ladder's lower rungs lose very little per page.

How should a 10-pack be rotated?

Strictly oldest-first, with the arrival date written on each carton. Ten cartridges consumed in order means none of them ages unnecessarily at the back of the shelf, and anyone in stores can see the sequence at a glance without a stock system.

What if the machine is replaced before the stock runs out?

Then the remaining cartridges only fit another machine that specifies the GPR-38 — they cannot move to a GPR-43 or GPR-42 machine. If a fleet change is on the horizon, factor that into the size you buy; this is the other reason the volume-and-plans check comes before an order at this level.

What warranty and returns cover applies?

The same as every cartridge we sell in this family: a one-year warranty and one-year free returns per unit, set out on the shipping and returns page. A fault in one cartridge is resolved on that cartridge alone.

Who should we speak to before ordering ten?

Support, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST — they will confirm availability across our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California warehouses so a bulk order of this size ships complete and without delay.
