Frequently Asked Questions
Who is a 5 pack of a 70,000-page cartridge actually for?
Print rooms and central reproduction departments. Five Canon GPR-37 (GPR37BK) cartridges are 350,000 pages of black output. If your machines run all day producing statements, manuals, course packs or bulk correspondence, that is the scale at which a 5 pack stops looking like stockpiling and starts looking like a monthly supply order.
What is the per-cartridge price here versus singles?
Five singles would total $495.25. This pack is $433.47 — $86.69 per cartridge, saving $61.78. Only the 10 pack beats it, at $85.15 per cartridge, so the 5 pack captures most of the ladder's value without a ten-cartridge commitment.
What does 350,000 pages do to our per-page cost?
At $86.69 per 70,000-page cartridge, black toner lands at about 0.12 cents per page. On high-volume work where toner is one of the few variable costs you control, that figure is the difference between a print room that argues about every job and one that just runs them.
How do we store five cartridges properly?
Sealed, flat, in a cool dry room away from direct sun and heat sources — the same way they arrive. Rotate stock so the oldest box is used first. At print-room consumption rates, even the fifth cartridge will normally be installed within a few cartridge cycles.
What cover do we get across the whole pack?
All five cartridges carry a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns under the terms on our shipping and returns page. Cover is per cartridge, so a problem with one unit never puts the other four in question.
Where does an order this size ship from?
From whichever of our four warehouses — IL, PA, GA or CA — is closest to you. If you want to talk through volumes before committing, support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
