Frequently Asked Questions
700,000 pages in one order — who prints at that scale?
Transactional print operations: billing runs, statements, direct mail, exam and course materials, any site where a production machine is a revenue asset rather than an office printer. Ten Canon GPR-37 (GPR37BK) cartridges at 70,000 pages each is 700,000 pages — the point where toner buying becomes procurement, not purchasing.
What is the bottom-line saving at this step of the ladder?
Ten singles would cost $990.50. This pack is $851.49 — $85.15 per cartridge, the lowest GPR37BK price on the page, and a total saving of $139.01. Per page, black toner works out to roughly 0.12 cents.
How should we handle delivery and storage of ten cartridges?
The pack ships from the nearest of our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses. On your side, plan a dry, shaded shelf and rotate boxes oldest-first. At production volumes the stock turns over steadily; no cartridge should sit long enough for storage to be a concern.
If one cartridge in ten is faulty, what happens?
It is dealt with individually. Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — see the shipping and returns page for the mechanics. Nine good cartridges never get dragged into a claim about the tenth.
Is there any reason not to buy at this size?
Honestly: if your volume drops, this is a lot of pages to hold. At 1,000 pages a day, 700,000 pages is nearly two years of printing. Sites confident in their volume get the best price on the page; sites unsure of it are better served by the 3 or 5 pack and a slightly higher per-cartridge price.
Can we talk to someone about a standing supply arrangement?
Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Tell us your monthly page volume and we will sanity-check whether the 10 pack rhythm actually fits it — we would rather sell you the right step of the ladder than the biggest one.
