Frequently Asked Questions
What planning horizon does a 3 pack cover?
Three Canon GPR-37 (GPR37BK) cartridges total 210,000 pages. For many sites that is a quarter's worth of production printing bought in a single order: at roughly 3,200 pages per working day, the pack runs about three months. Buying by the quarter also means one invoice, one delivery and one stock check instead of three separate scrambles.
How does the price step work on this pack?
Three singles bought one at a time come to $297.15. This pack is $266.27 — $88.76 per cartridge, a saving of $30.88. The ladder logic is consistent across the GPR-37 range: the more cartridges in the box, the less each one costs, down to $85.15 each in the 10 pack.
Is three cartridges too much stock to hold?
For a cartridge rated at 70,000 pages, three is not a mountain of boxes — it is one in the machine and two behind it. Sealed cartridges store fine in a cool, dry cupboard away from sunlight, and at production volumes the third cartridge will be in service well within a sensible storage window.
What if one of the three turns out to be faulty?
Each GPR37BK carries our 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns; the terms are set out on the shipping and returns page. A faulty cartridge from the pack is handled on its own — you are not returning the whole pack to resolve one bad unit.
Can we mix this pack with singles later?
Of course. The cartridges are identical whichever listing they come from. Many sites buy a 3 pack as their base stock, then top up with a single near the end of the quarter if a big job lands unexpectedly.
How quickly can we get a question answered before ordering?
Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders themselves ship from our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, so delivery starts from the depot nearest to you.
