Frequently Asked Questions
Can one 3 pack carry a department through a whole quarter?
For many departments, yes. Three GPR35BK cartridges hold 43,800 rated pages between them. A machine producing around 10,000 to 14,000 pages a quarter — a busy but ordinary departmental workload — can run the full three months on this single order, with toner reordering reduced to a quarterly routine instead of a recurring interruption every time a warning light appears.
What does the per-cartridge price drop to in this pack?
To $46.36. Three Canon GPR-35 singles would cost $176.10 bought one at a time; this pack is $139.09, a saving of $37.01. That also pulls the running cost down to roughly 0.32 cents per page, against about 0.40 cents on the single — a fifth less on every page the department prints for as long as the pack lasts.
Is three cartridges too much stock to hold?
It depends on the machine's pace, and the honest test is simple: if a single GPR-35 cartridge lasts your department less than a couple of months, three is a sensible shelf quantity that will all be used well within its storage life. If one cartridge lasts half a year, the 2 pack is the better fit — bulk pricing only saves money on cartridges that actually get printed from.
How are the three cartridges packaged for storage?
Each GPR35BK arrives individually sealed, so the two spares stay protected in the supply cupboard while the first is in the machine. Keep them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and rotate stock — oldest at the front — when a future order joins them on the shelf.
What if the third cartridge turns out to be faulty months from now?
It is covered the same as the first. Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty with free returns within the first year if it fails to perform, so a problem discovered when a spare is finally installed is still our problem to fix, not a write-off for the department. Details are on our shipping and returns page.
How quickly will the pack reach us?
Orders leave from the nearest of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — which keeps most deliveries within a few business days. If you are planning a quarterly order cycle, ordering a week ahead of the quarter's start leaves comfortable margin. Questions about an order reach our team Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
