Frequently Asked Questions

What does the complete set buy that piecemeal ordering doesn't?

A single, finished event. This box carries the entire GPR-30 bank — GPR-30BK black rated at 44,000 pages with GPR-30C cyan, GPR-30M magenta and GPR-30Y yellow at 38,000 each — so the machine goes down once and comes back with every slot new. Piecemeal ordering spreads the same work across four purchases, four deliveries and a staggered bank of mixed-age cartridges; the set trades that drip-feed for one planned session.

How does the price build from the color set?

The step is $100.61: the 3-color set is $331.20 and this complete set is $431.81, the difference being the 44,000-page black joining the box. Across the four cartridges the average is $107.95 — below the $122.73 that any single cartridge in this family costs on its own, black included.

When does the full set beat the color-only set?

When the black is honestly near its end too — a machine whose whole bank has aged together, a new installation, or a black that has been limping on top-ups of partial replacements. If the black still holds tens of thousands of pages, the 3-color set is the correct buy and this set is premature; we would rather say that than sell you a cartridge to store for a year.

With all four starting together, what happens next cycle?

The colors will call first. The bank starts synchronized, but the black's rating runs 6,000 pages past each color's, so on color work the next refresh is normally a color-only one, with the black changed when it coincides or on its own. Sites that plan for that rhythm from the outset stop being surprised by it.

How should the changeover be organized?

Set on site first, machine second. Verify the box holds all four — GPR-30BK, GPR-30C, GPR-30M, GPR-30Y — pick a quiet window, swap the bank in one pass, and run black and color test pages before the machine returns to production. The swap itself is minutes; the entire point of the set is that nothing about it is improvised.

What cover stands behind the four cartridges?

Each cartridge carries its own 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, so a single faulty unit is dealt with alone while its three partners stay in the machine. Our support team works Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and sets ship from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouses.
