Frequently Asked Questions

Why refresh the three colors together instead of one at a time?

Because a color bank works as a system. The GPR-30C cyan, GPR-30M magenta and GPR-30Y yellow are all rated at 38,000 pages, so on a color machine they age broadly in step — and a bank of similar-aged cartridges produces more predictable color than one fresh unit beside two veterans. Swapping the three in one short session also means one planned interruption for the whole color side, instead of three separate ones scattered across the quarter.

What does the set save over the three singles?

$36.99. The singles are priced at $122.73 each — $368.19 for the three — while this set is $331.20, which works out to $110.40 per cartridge. In a family where the colors are individually priced level, that bundle saving is the only discount going, and it arrives exactly when a full color refresh is due.

Why is there no black cartridge in this box?

Because the GPR-30BK black is rated at 44,000 pages — 6,000 beyond each color — and on color work it simply is not finished when the colors are. Including it would mean paying to replace a cartridge with thousands of pages left. The black has its own listings and its own moment; this set is for the color cycle.

What if one color still has real life left when the others end?

Change what is empty and shelve the remainder of the set. Nothing about the bundle obliges a simultaneous swap — the set is a pricing and stock decision. A sealed GPR-30 color cartridge kept flat, cool and dry waits without deteriorating, and with a date noted on the box it will be there, in rotation, when its slot calls.

How should the refresh be fitted into a production week?

Order the set before the bank is on its last legs, hold it sealed, and do the three swaps in one quiet window when the first color genuinely gives out. Follow with a color test page before releasing the machine. Three swaps in one pass is a short job; three emergency stops in one month is a scheduling problem this set exists to prevent.

What if one cartridge in the set is defective?

It is replaced or returned individually under the 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns that cover each unit — the other two are unaffected and stay in service. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the set ships from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouses.
