Frequently Asked Questions
What does the per-cartridge price drop to in this 3-pack?
$160.17 divided by three is $53.39 a cartridge, against $65.71 for a single — and against $197.13 for three singles bought one at a time, the pack saves $36.96. Spread over the 25,000-page rating of each Canon 039H cartridge, the working cost falls to about 0.21 cents per page.
Who is a 3-pack actually sized for?
It fits the middle of the volume range: a single hard-working machine with no shelf-sharing, or a small fleet where one spare is not quite enough buffer. Three cartridges of this yield represent a very large amount of printing — for most workplaces it converts toner from a recurring purchase into something ordered a few times a year at most.
How should we rotate three cartridges through the store cupboard?
Strictly oldest first. Mark the delivery date on each box when it arrives, keep them sealed and upright in a dry spot at room temperature, and always take from the front of the queue. Dry toner stores patiently, but a first-in, first-out habit means no cartridge ever sits forgotten for years.
Are these genuine Canon cartridges?
No — they are compatibles built to the Canon 039H specification, code 039HBK, sold under our own supply. What backs them is our cover rather than a Canon badge: a 1-year warranty and free returns for a full year on every cartridge in the pack.
What happens if one of the three turns out faulty months from now?
The cover does not shrink because the cartridge waited. Within the year, a cartridge that fails or fades early is replaced or refunded, and returns are free. Talk to support Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 CST; stock moves out of IL, PA, GA and CA, so a replacement is never crossing the whole country unless it has to.
Would the 5-pack or 10-pack serve us better?
If three cartridges are a comfortable planning horizon, this is the right size and there is no prize for over-stocking. If your machines burn through them faster than expected, the larger 039H packs take the per-cartridge price down toward $49. Compare the ladder in our Canon toner range and size the order to your real consumption.
