Frequently Asked Questions

Our stockroom works strictly by part number. Is this Premium set the same four part numbers as the standard GPR-30 set?

Exactly the same four: 2789B003AA for black, 2793B003AA for cyan, 2797B003AA for magenta and 2801B003AA for yellow, with the same ratings — 44,000 pages for the black and 38,000 pages for each color — and the same $431.81 price. "Premium Quality" is this listing's name; against a stockroom ledger there is no second specification to reconcile, and either listing can be received against the same four codes.

What does the stockroom gain from one boxed set instead of four separate orders?

One delivery, one receipt, one shelf location and one reorder point. Four separate part-number orders arrive on four schedules and run out on four schedules; a set arrives complete, so the shelf either holds full cover for the machine or it visibly does not. At the next stock count there is nothing to reconcile — the box is the record.

How does a full spare set change a toner failure on a C5250?

It demotes it from an incident to a task. Any slot the machine flags — black or any color — is covered by the box on the shelf, the swap takes minutes, and the run continues. The failed cartridge is then dealt with under its own cover while the machine is already back at work, which is the correct order of events on a production floor.

Can one set cover both our C5045 and our ADVANCE C5255?

Yes. The GPR-30 set serves the imageRUNNER C5045 and C5051 alongside the ADVANCE C5250 and C5255, so a single shelf set is genuine cover for both machines. Fit cartridges where they are called for; when the box is empty, that is the reorder signal — with ratings of 38,000 to 44,000 pages, you will have had months of notice from the working set.

What rotation discipline does a set at this value deserve?

A dated shelf and first-in, first-out, nothing more exotic. Mark the arrival date on the box, keep it sealed, flat and away from heat and sunlight, and when a fresh set arrives it goes behind the one already in stock. At $431.81 a set is capital sitting in the supply room; those two habits are what keep it as reliable as the day it was delivered.

What are the returns terms if we need them?

Every cartridge in the set carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, applied per cartridge rather than to the box as a whole, and the complete terms are on our shipping and returns page. If you would rather discuss a problem first, our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
