Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in this set?

Three TN750 high-yield toner cartridges — up to 8,000 pages apiece, 24,000 pages in total — together with one DR720 drum unit rated at up to 12,000 pages. It is a full restock for a printer that does serious weekly volume.

How far does one drum go across three cartridges?

The drum's 12,000 pages take you through the first cartridge and halfway through the second. The set therefore covers one drum change mid-way; after resetting the counter on the new drum, the remaining cartridges run on it comfortably. In other words, the set spans about two drum lives' worth of toner with the first replacement drum already in hand.

Which printers is it made for?

Models across the TN720/TN750 family: the DCP-8110DN, DCP-8150DN, DCP-8155DN, HL-5440D, HL-5450DN, HL-5470DW, HL-5470DWT, HL-6180DW, HL-6180DWT, MFC-8510DN, MFC-8710DW, MFC-8810DW, MFC-8910DW and MFC-8950DW. Each uses this exact cartridge-and-drum combination.

How much cheaper is the set than the parts?

Three TN750 cartridges ($33.59 each) plus a drum ($41.78) total $142.55 separately. At $87.07 the set saves you $55.48 — more than the price of a whole extra cartridge.

What is the right installation sequence?

Start with whichever part your printer is asking for. If both warnings are showing, fit cartridge one into the new drum, install, and reset the drum counter from the menu. Keep the other two cartridges sealed and flat; swap them in as each empties, moving them into whichever drum is currently fitted.

Are all four items covered?

Yes. Our 1-year warranty and free returns for a full year cover every cartridge and the drum, including sealed spares, under the terms on the shipping & returns page. Support is available 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
