Frequently Asked Questions

What arrives when we order this set for our WorkCentre 6655X?

A single carton with four sealed high yield cartridges: black 106R02747, cyan 106R02744, magenta 106R02745 and yellow 106R02746. It is a complete restock for the WorkCentre 6655 family, priced at $182.17, and nothing else is needed before the cartridges can go in one by one as the old units finish.

How do the page ratings split across a school-office workload?

Black 106R02747 is rated at 12,000 pages; cyan 106R02744, magenta 106R02745 and yellow 106R02746 are rated at 7,500 pages each, all at standard coverage. Term-time reality — permission slips, worksheets, copied letters home — leans overwhelmingly on black, while the colours serve posters, certificates and classroom displays, so the ratings mirror how a school machine is actually used.

Does the Premium Quality label mean these cartridges outperform the standard set?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. This Premium Quality listing contains the identical cartridges as the standard WorkCentre 6655X set — same part numbers 106R02747, 106R02744, 106R02745 and 106R02746, same $182.17 price, same warranty and returns terms. The label is an alternative listing name, nothing more; choose whichever listing you find first, the box that arrives is the same.

Can the set be bought in June and fitted when term starts in September?

Comfortably. Kept sealed in a dry store cupboard away from heat sources, the cartridges sit happily through a summer break. Many school offices order before the holidays precisely so September's printing surge never starts with an empty machine. Just fit the older stock first when several sets are on the shelf.

If one colour runs out mid-week, must the others be changed too?

Not at all. Each channel is independent: an exhausted magenta 106R02745 can be swapped in minutes while black, cyan and yellow carry on with whatever life they have left. Changing all four at once would waste the remaining toner in the healthy cartridges, so replace strictly one at a time, as needed.

Who do we talk to if something goes wrong, and how fast does stock move?

Our support team is on hand Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and every cartridge in the set carries a 1-year warranty plus 1-year free returns. Orders are dispatched from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA. Timings and the returns route are detailed on our shipping and returns page, and the wider Xerox selection is browsable from the brand page.

About This WorkCentre 6655X Premium Quality Toner Set

Sold under the Premium Quality name, this set is — transparently — the same four high yield cartridges offered in the standard listing for the WorkCentre 6655X: black 106R02747 rated 12,000 pages, with cyan 106R02744, magenta 106R02745 and yellow 106R02746 at 7,500 pages apiece, all for $182.17. For a machine that prints, copies and scans its way through the term, it is a one-order answer to all four supply warnings, with no premium charged for the premium wording.
