Frequently Asked Questions

We bought this printer used for our studio. How do we know this set is the right one?

Ignore the seller's paperwork and read the cartridges themselves: the set for this machine is 106R01439 (black), 106R01433 (cyan), 106R01434 (magenta) and 106R01435 (yellow). If those numbers are printed on the cartridges inside your Phaser 7500YDX, this page's set is your refill — the labels in the machine outrank anything in a listing.

Does "Premium Quality" mean a better cartridge than the standard listing?

It does not mean a different cartridge at all. Same four part numbers, same yields, same $254.71 and the same coverage stand behind both names. We would rather lose the mystique than sell you a word — what matters is the numbers on the box, and those match either way.

Our lookbooks are page after page of photography. How do we budget the colors?

Treat the 17,800-page color ratings as a best case — they are measured at standard coverage, and a full-bleed product photo spends multiples of that per page. In practice a small brand prints a few hundred lookbooks per color set, not thousands, and black (19,800 pages) spends its life on invoices and packing slips instead. Order the next set when the first color dips, not when it empties mid-run.

Between print runs the machine may sit for a month. Any storage advice for the spare set?

Keep cartridges sealed in their boxes in a normal room — no special handling beyond avoiding heat and damp. Toner does not mind waiting; a set bought for the spring catalog is ready for the fall one. Use the older box first and the rotation takes care of itself.

How does shipping work for a small studio address?

Your set leaves from the warehouse among our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California locations that reaches you fastest. Timing and return details are written out on our shipping and returns page.

What support stands behind the set after it arrives?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, with a support team available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. When the printer eventually needs its other consumables, the Xerox brand page is where they are gathered.

About This Phaser 7500YDX Premium High-Yield Toner Set

A small brand that prints its own lookbooks on a Phaser 7500YDX gets big-press color without the print-shop invoice, in runs sized to actual demand. This set supports that model with colors rated at 17,800 pages each for photography and a black cartridge rated at 19,800 pages that quietly handles the business paperwork in between. The same cartridges run in the Phaser 7500, Phaser 7500DN, Phaser 7500DT and Phaser 7500DX. Check the numbers on your current cartridges, order at $254.71, and print the next edition when you are ready — not when a vendor's schedule allows.
