Frequently Asked Questions

Briefs, motions and exhibits leave this office daily — which cartridge carries the load?

The black channel, by a wide margin. Black 106R01510 is rated at 18,000 pages, while cyan 106R01507, magenta 106R01508 and yellow 106R01509 are each rated at 12,000 pages. Pleadings, correspondence and discovery binders are almost pure text, so a litigation-heavy practice burns through black long before the colors; the color ratings matter on the days exhibit photographs and charts go into the record.

How do the numbers on the cartridges we already use line up with this set?

Open the printer or read the label on a spent box and compare the four part numbers. This set is the right family when your machine is running 106R01510 for black, 106R01507 for cyan, 106R01508 for magenta and 106R01509 for yellow. Four matching numbers confirm it in seconds, before anyone breaks a seal on the new box.

What does "Premium Quality" add for a firm that cannot afford a failed cartridge mid-filing?

Nothing extra, and it is better to know that up front. The Premium listing sells the same four cartridges, at the same $221.21, on the same terms as the standard Phaser 6700N listing — the word describes the listing, not a higher fill level or a different toner formula. What protects a deadline is the cover behind the cartridges, not the label on the page.

Can a paralegal change a cartridge between filings, or does this need a service call?

A paralegal can handle it. Each cartridge occupies its own slot and lifts out independently, so the empty one comes out and its replacement drops in without tools and without disturbing the other three. A black swap in the middle of a filing run takes minutes, and color work already printed is unaffected.

What cover stands behind the set if a cartridge misbehaves?

Every cartridge in the set carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. If a cartridge streaks, leaks or dies early, it goes back without a restocking argument, and the remaining cartridges in the set keep their own cover regardless of when each one was installed.

Where does an order ship from, and when is support actually staffed?

Orders leave from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, so most offices see stock quickly. Support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Delivery windows and return steps are spelled out on our shipping and returns page, and the rest of the Xerox line is collected on the brand page.

About This Phaser 6700N Premium High Yield Toner Set

A law office printer earns its keep on deadlines, and this set is sized for that reality: the Phaser 6700N draws on black 106R01510 for 18,000 pages of text work, with cyan 106R01507, magenta 106R01508 and yellow 106R01509 ready at 12,000 pages each for the color exhibits that punctuate it. One set on the shelf means no filing ever waits on a supply run.

The Premium wording on this listing changes nothing about what arrives — the same cartridges, the same $221.21 price, the same terms. What the set itself delivers is staying power: high-yield capacity in all four channels, swapped one at a time as the docket demands.
