Frequently Asked Questions

What are we getting for $158.54 in the Premium Quality set?

The same four cartridges as the standard listing of this set — black 106R01147, cyan 106R01144, magenta 106R01145, yellow 106R01146 — at the same price and on the same terms. "Premium Quality" is a label on the listing, not a different product in the box: no higher yield, no different formula, no faster delivery. We state it openly so the choice between listings costs you nothing either way.

Listing photos eat color. How do the ratings hold up for a real-estate office?

Each color is rated at 10,000 pages, level with the black — a genuinely unusual spec for this class of machine. But ratings assume standard coverage, and a listing sheet with three large photographs is heavy coverage. Expect color channels to finish well ahead of their rating on photo work, while the black, carrying contracts and disclosures, tracks much closer to its 10,000. Plan reorder timing around the colors, not the black.

A showing packet is due in an hour and magenta just emptied. What now?

Swap only the magenta. It lifts out of its own slot and the fresh cartridge drops in, leaving black, cyan and yellow undisturbed; the packet can be printing again within minutes. This is exactly why a full set lives on the shelf in a sales office — the cartridge you need is the one that is never in the building unless it was bought before it was needed.

How do we verify this set matches our machine before we buy?

Read the four supply numbers from the printer's status screen or the labels on the installed cartridges, and compare: 106R01147, 106R01144, 106R01145, 106R01146. Four matches means the set is right; the model badge on the printer alone is a weaker check than the numbers the machine itself reports.

How quickly can a set reach the office?

Orders leave from the nearest of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA, and the delivery windows are published on our shipping and returns page. Ordering when the first channel shows low — rather than empty — keeps even a busy listing week comfortably covered.

What if a cartridge fails during a campaign?

Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns, handled by our support team Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. A defective unit is replaced or refunded on its own; the rest of the set stays in the machine. The full Xerox range is on the brand page if the office's second printer needs attention in the same call.

About This Phaser 6350DT Premium Quality High-Yield Toner Set

A real-estate office asks two different jobs of its Phaser 6350DT: color that sells houses and black that closes them. This set is rated evenly for both — 10,000 pages from the black cartridge and 10,000 from each color — so a single $158.54 carton restocks the whole machine. The Premium listing changes nothing in the box, and we say so on the page; what matters for a listing deadline is that all four numbers match your machine and the set is already on your shelf.
