Frequently Asked Questions

Month-end is our crunch. Will one set see an accounting office through it?

Very likely, with room to spare. The black cartridge is rated at 10,000 pages and — unusually for a toner family — cyan, magenta and yellow are each rated at 10,000 pages too. A month-end run of statements, ledgers and client letters is overwhelmingly black work, so the practical question is the black's coverage, and at office-document coverage a 10,000-page rating absorbs a lot of crunch weeks before it reports low.

Which part numbers should appear on our purchase order?

Four: black 106R01147, cyan 106R01144, magenta 106R01145 and yellow 106R01146. Quoting them on the PO line is the surest way to keep the order auditable — whoever receives the delivery can check the carton labels against the same four numbers in seconds.

Our color use is minimal. Are we wasting money buying colors in a set?

The set is one carton at one price — $158.54 for all four channels — and a color laser cannot run with a channel missing, so the colors are not an optional extra. The economical reading is the reverse: because every cartridge here carries the full 10,000-page rating, the colors you use lightly will simply last a very long time, and you will not be reordering them separately mid-year.

Can we change just the black when it runs out mid-run?

Yes. Each cartridge is an independent sealed unit in its own slot; the black comes out, the fresh black goes in, and the colors stay untouched. A statement run paused for a cartridge swap resumes in minutes, and there is no reason to disturb channels that still have life in them.

Where will the set ship from, and what if we need to return it?

It ships from whichever of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA is closest to you. Transit expectations and the returns procedure are set out on our shipping and returns page, and unopened sets are straightforward to send back if the order turns out to be wrong for your machine.

What warranty stands behind the set?

A 1-year warranty plus 1-year free returns on every cartridge, with support available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if anything underperforms. The wider Xerox catalogue is on the brand page for the other printers most accounting offices keep for labels and envelopes.

About This Phaser 6350DT High-Yield Four-Color Toner Set

Accounting work is black-toner work with a color logo on top, and the Phaser 6350DT set is specced accordingly — except that here the colors refuse to be the weak link: 10,000 pages from the black and 10,000 from each color. For a practice that plans supplies the way it plans deadlines, a single $158.54 carton with four matched, evenly rated cartridges is an easy line to budget and an easy shelf to keep.
