Frequently Asked Questions

Before we order: which numbers should we read off the machine?

The supplies screen lists the four cartridges the printer expects — black 106R01147, cyan 106R01144, magenta 106R01145 and yellow 106R01146. Match those against this set and you have confirmed the order in under a minute, without opening the machine or guessing from the model name on the front panel.

Does the Premium Quality version of this set perform differently?

No — and we would rather say so plainly. The Premium listing ships the same four cartridges, at the same $158.54, under the same warranty and returns terms as the standard listing. Nothing about the yield, the formula or the delivery changes with the label, so choose either listing and expect exactly the same box.

Term starts in two weeks. How should a school office plan around these yields?

Black and all three colors are each rated at 10,000 pages, which makes the maths simple: one set is a long runway for enrollment paperwork, permission slips and classroom handouts. The black will still do most of the work in a school office, so expect it to report low first even though its rating matches the colors — coverage, not the rating, decides the order they finish in.

The printer sits idle all summer. Will a spare set keep?

Yes. Kept sealed in its cartons, away from heat and direct sun, a toner set waits out a summer break without degrading — the powder inside does not dry out or settle into uselessness the way liquid supplies can. Buy before the holiday rush, shelve the set, and it is ready for the first week back.

How do delivery and returns work for a school purchase?

Your set ships from the nearest of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA, and the full detail — transit windows, carriers and the returns process — is on our shipping and returns page. If purchasing needs a paper trail, the order confirmation carries the part numbers exactly as they appear on this page.

Who do we call if a cartridge is defective out of the box?

Our support team, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Every cartridge in the set is backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, so a dud is exchanged or refunded rather than written off against the school budget. The complete Xerox range is on the brand page if the district's other printers need stocking in the same order cycle.

About This Phaser 6350DP Premium Quality High-Yield Toner Set

In a school front office the Phaser 6350DP prints in bursts — dead quiet for weeks, then a mountain of forms in a single morning. A set where every channel is rated at 10,000 pages suits that pattern: stock it before term, and the bursts take care of themselves. This Premium listing is the same set, same cartridges and same $158.54 as the standard one; what you are really buying is a full shelf and one less thing to think about in September.
