How do I confirm this is the right set before I order?

What exactly arrives in the carton?
Four sealed toner cartridges: one black (106R01455), one cyan (106R01452), one magenta (106R01453) and one yellow (106R01454). Each is individually wrapped, so you can open only the color you are changing and leave the rest sealed on the shelf. Drum or imaging parts are separate supplies and are not part of this set.

Almost certainly the black. It is rated at 3,100 pages while cyan, magenta and yellow are each rated at 2,500 pages, and a text-heavy workload leans on black far more than on color. In a small practice the colors often sit nearly full for months while black cycles through — that is normal for this machine, not a fault.
Can I swap just the yellow when it fades, or does the whole set go in together?
Just the yellow. Every cartridge occupies its own slot as its own sealed unit, so you pull the spent one, slide the fresh one in, and leave the other three undisturbed. There is no reason to retire cartridges that still have life in them, and the printer picks the job back up as soon as the new unit registers.

Thank goodness for the toner. My Xerox Phaser 6128 is still running strong but finding toner is getting hard to do. Kudos to these guys for supporting the old but functional stuff

Work fine. Once in a while it will print a page with too much ink if I hadn't used the printer for a long time. Then it will just print clean pages. Will buy again.
