Frequently Asked Questions

This listing says Premium Quality. What does that actually change?

Honestly, less than the wording suggests. The Premium line and the standard line are the same four cartridges — black 106R02759, cyan 106R02756, magenta 106R02757 and yellow 106R02758 — sold at the same $45.69, with the same 1-year warranty and the same 1-year free returns. You are not paying extra for the word Premium here, and you should not expect a different cartridge because of it.

How do I confirm these are the cartridges my machine takes?

Open the supplies view on the printer and read the four numbers back against this set: 106R02759 for black, 106R02756 for cyan, 106R02757 for magenta and 106R02758 for yellow. Part-number identity is the reliable check — printer nicknames and reseller shorthand are not.

We print a lot of full-color flyers. Will the colors keep up?

Each color is rated at 1,000 pages and black at 2,000, but those figures assume standard coverage. A flyer page covered edge to edge in color lays down several times the toner of a text page, so on flyer-heavy weeks the three colors will run down well ahead of the ratings — and well ahead of the black cartridge, which barely gets touched by that kind of work.

Magenta ran out in the middle of a flyer run. Do I stop everything?

Only long enough to change the one cartridge. The magenta unit lifts out on its own and the fresh one seats in the same slot; cyan, yellow and black stay exactly where they are. The run can pick back up without disturbing colors that still have life in them.

Where will my order ship from?

From whichever of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA is closest to your delivery address. Carrier options and delivery windows are spelled out on our shipping and returns page, and flyer printers who cannot afford a gap usually hold one spare set back for the busy week.

If a cartridge misbehaves, what happens?

It goes back under a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns — replacement or refund rather than a debate. Questions along the way reach our support team Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the wider Xerox catalog is gathered on the brand page.

About This Phaser 6022 Premium Four-Color Toner Set

This set feeds the Phaser 6022 in the work it does best for small studios and solo operators: sharp documents plus color pieces like flyers and handouts. The ratings are modest and stated plainly — 2,000 pages black, 1,000 pages per color — and the Premium label adds no premium to the $45.69 price. Same cartridges, same terms, no games.
