Frequently Asked Questions
What is in the box with this 3-pack?
Three individual 106R01412 high-yield black cartridges, each rated for up to 8,000 pages — 24,000 pages of printing in total. They are the cartridges for the Phaser 3300 and Phaser 3300MFP, boxed as separate cartridges so you fit one and shelve the other two as spares.
What do I save against buying three singles?
Three singles at $89.31 come to $267.93; this pack is $230.95, so you keep $36.98. That works out to $76.98 per cartridge instead of $89.31, and it pulls the toner cost down from about 1.12 cents a page to roughly 0.96 cents a page — the same cartridges, the same 8,000-page rating, bought in one order instead of three.
Who is a 3-pack the right size for?
An office that gets through roughly two or three cartridges a year. At 1,500 pages a month, 24,000 pages is about sixteen months of printing; at 2,000 a month, a full year. If that sounds like your rhythm, one order a year covers the printer and the reorder conversation disappears until next year.
How should I rotate three cartridges through one printer?
Simply: fit one, store the other two sealed, and use the shelf stock in the order you bought it. A cartridge sitting sealed in a drawer is not aging against you in any way that matters at office timescales, and when the low-toner warning lands, the replacement is already in the building.
Does one pack serve both a Phaser 3300 and a 3300MFP?
Yes. Both models take the same 106R01412 cartridge, so a mixed desk — a printer-only 3300 in one room and a 3300MFP in another — draws from the same shelf box. There is no second cartridge number to stock, track or reorder for the MFP.
What cover do I get with it?
Every cartridge in the pack carries a 1-year warranty with free returns for a full year, set out on our shipping and returns page. Orders leave warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the wider range for this printer family lives on our Xerox toner page.
About This 106R01412 3-Pack
This listing is the middle step of the family: three compatible 106R01412 high-yield black cartridges for $230.95, enough for up to 24,000 pages across the Phaser 3300 and 3300MFP. It suits the buyer who has done the sums once, would rather not do them again for a year, and likes the per-cartridge price that only a multi-pack delivers.
Good Cartridge in price of just filling. I love the concept.
