Frequently Asked Questions

One cartridge in the machine and one on the shelf — is that the idea behind this two-pack?

Exactly that. The pair holds 6,000 rated pages in total, but the real purchase is the spare: when the working cartridge fades mid-week, the replacement is already in the building and the swap takes minutes, not a delivery window. For a single-machine office the two-pack is the smallest quantity that makes an empty cartridge a non-event — one feeding the printer, one standing behind it, and a reorder triggered the day the spare goes in rather than the day the shelf runs dry.

What does the pair cost per cartridge?

The two-pack is $93.54, which works out to $46.77 a cartridge against $56.02 bought singly — two singles would total $112.04, so the pair saves $18.50, and the rated cost of a page falls to about 1.56 cents from 1.87. It is a smaller discount than the five-pack's, honestly stated, but it is bought with a smaller commitment: 6,000 pages of stock suits an office that wants the spare without shelving four of them.

Which machines does this code-named pack serve?

This listing is written under the supply code itself. The SCX-D4725A is the listed cartridge for the Samsung SCX-4725ELS and SCX-4725F, and it is the supply behind the wider SCX-4725 family's listings — so if the stamp on your spent cartridge reads SCX-D4725A, this pair restocks your machine. Ordering by code sidesteps every badge variation in the family.

Do copies and received faxes draw on the same 6,000 pages?

They do. Every sheet that lands in the output tray — printed, copied or received by fax — is laid down by the fitted cartridge, and the pair's budget is spent across all three indiscriminately. Scanning to a file is the one free job. A fax-busy or copy-heavy desk will work through the 6,000 pages faster than a print-only estimate suggests, which is another argument for the spare: the pair absorbs the surprise instead of passing it on.

How is the two-pack delivered?

Both cartridges travel together in one shipment from the nearest of our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses. One box on the shelf, one delivery to receive — and when the shelf cartridge is fitted, that is the natural moment to order the next pair while the new cartridge's 3,000 pages give you weeks of margin.

What warranty and returns cover the pair?

Each cartridge carries a one-year warranty against defects, and returns are free for a full year from purchase — the terms are laid out on the shipping and returns page, with support on Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. The spare waiting in its box is covered on the same terms as the one in the machine.

About This SCX-D4725A Two-Pack

A two-pack is uptime bought in its smallest sensible quantity: two SCX-D4725A cartridges, 6,000 rated pages, $93.54 — $46.77 each, about 1.56 cents a page and $18.50 below two singles. The code serves the SCX-4725ELS and SCX-4725F across the family. Other Samsung machines are covered by the wider Samsung toner cartridge range.
