Frequently Asked Questions

Why does this set carry the Type C17 name and four different part numbers?

Type C17 is the family name for this generation of Oki cartridges, and the set is built from the four family part numbers 44469802, 44469721, 44469720 and 44469719 — one number for each cartridge position in the printer. Oki documentation and printer supply lists use the Type C17 name and the individual numbers interchangeably, so this one listing covers the full set whichever way your machine refers to it.

What is inside the box?

Four cartridges — one black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow — so a single order refreshes every toner position in the printer at once. Each cartridge is individually sealed, which means you can install only the color that has run out and keep the rest on the shelf for later.

How much printing does each cartridge cover?

Every cartridge in the set is in the same high-yield class: the black is rated at 5,000 pages and each color is rated at 5,000 pages under standard test coverage. Text-heavy office work lands close to those figures; pages with large graphics and solid color fills will use toner faster.

Which printers does this set belong to?

It is listed for the Oki C530dn and C531dn printers, and for the MC562w, MC890 and MC950 multifunction models. If your machine's supply list shows any of the four part numbers above — 44469802, 44469721, 44469720 or 44469719 — this is the complete set those numbers describe.

Is this genuine Oki toner?

No — these are compatible cartridges built to the same fit and yield standard as the originals and sold under our own Clever Supplies name. You will find them in our Okidata range at $76.89 for the full four-cartridge set, which works out to roughly $19.22 a cartridge.

What happens if a cartridge in the set gives me trouble?

Every cartridge is covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns under our shipping and returns policy. Orders ship from whichever of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA is closest to you, and support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This Type C17 Four-Color Set

Type C17 is one of those Oki families where the same supplies hide behind several names at once — a family label, plus the four part numbers 44469802, 44469721, 44469720 and 44469719. This listing pulls the whole family together: a four-cartridge compatible set with black, cyan, magenta and yellow, each rated at 5,000 pages, priced at $76.89 for machines such as the C530dn, C531dn and MC562w. It carries our 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, and ships from our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses with support on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
