BizHub C552
The BizHub C552 steps the TN-613 color family up in speed — same four TN-613 cartridges, faster engine for heavier color departments. When the machine gets faster but the cartridge stays the same, compatible toner is the easiest cost control you have. Our TN-613K/C/M/Y cartridges fit the C552 exactly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the BizHub C552 share toner with the C452?
Yes, the C552 uses the same TN-613 CMYK family as the C452 and C452DS. One spare stock serves all three models.
What causes faded output on the C552 when all TN-613s show toner remaining?
Fading with toner remaining points to imaging units or the transfer belt nearing end of life. Toner cartridges are only one part of the imaging chain.
Can I set the C552 to warn me earlier about low TN-613?
The low-toner threshold is fixed by the machine, but network alerts can push the warning to email immediately. The sooner someone sees it, the sooner a spare gets ordered.
