BizHub 500
The BizHub 500 is the heavy-duty end of the TN-511 mono family — maximum engine for maximum monthly volume in black and white. At this scale toner is a budget line item, and the compatible TN-511 exists to shrink it. One cartridge, high capacity, our price instead of OEM's.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the TN-511 cartridge big enough for the BizHub 500's production pace?
The TN-511 is the standard cartridge for the 500's engine and is sized for its production-class duty cycle. Very heavy shops simply replace it more often; there is no larger alternative cartridge for this model.
What causes repeating dots down the page on the BizHub 500?
Repeating marks at regular intervals are a drum or fuser symptom, not a TN-511 toner problem. A fresh cartridge will not fix them — the repeating component needs service.
Can the BizHub 500 keep copying while the TN-511 is being replaced?
No, the machine must pause while the cartridge bay is open, but the swap takes under a minute. Jobs queued during the change resume automatically once the new TN-511 is seated.
