BizHub 421

The BizHub 421 is the updated 420 — same departmental mono role, same TN-511 high-capacity cartridge. Generational refreshes that keep the consumable are a gift to procurement: no new toner SKU to qualify. Our compatible TN-511 cartridges serve the 421 identically.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the BizHub 421 accept any cartridge besides the TN-511?

No, the TN-511 is the only cartridge the 421's engine is designed around. Other TN-series cartridges are physically or electronically keyed differently and should not be forced in.

How should I dispose of a spent TN-511 from the BizHub 421?

Toner cartridges should go through an e-waste or cartridge-recycling program rather than general trash. Many office suppliers and manufacturers run take-back programs that accept the TN-511.

Will the BizHub 421 warn me before the TN-511 runs out mid-job?

Yes, the machine issues a low-toner alert well before it stops, giving you a window to finish jobs and install the spare. Large print runs are safest started with the warning already cleared.
