Smart Tank 6002

The HP Smart Tank 6002 prints with the HP 31/32XL Smart Tank ink family. Original HP codes: 1VV24AN (32XL black) and 1VU26AN / 1VU27AN / 1VU28AN (31 colors), rated at about 6,200 pages black and about 9,100 composite color pages per bottle. Every Clever Supplies bottle below is a compatible built to the original specification — same fit, same rated yield, lifetime warranty — and this page lists exactly which ones the Smart Tank 6002 takes.

The Smart Tank 6002 is a refill-tank printer: instead of cartridges it drinks ink straight from bottles into built-in tanks, which is why its per-page cost undercuts any cartridge printer in the range. Keep the tank sight-glasses between the min and max lines and the printer rewards you with thousands of pages between refills — the bottles below are the whole running cost of the machine.

Which HP 31/32XL Smart Tank bottles should you buy?

31 1VU26AN Cyan Ink Bottle — $10.49 — refill bottle
31 1VU27AN Magenta Ink Bottle — $10.49 — refill bottle
31 1VU28AN Yellow Ink Bottle — $10.49 — refill bottle

No chips, no firmware checks: Smart Tank bottles are a purely mechanical refill. The only failure mode is the wrong regional system — US Smart Tank printers take the 31/32XL bottles below, not the GT51/52/53 bottles sold for other regions.
