Frequently Asked Questions

What does the second cartridge in this two-pack actually buy you?

An uninterrupted workday. When the installed black fades mid-run, the spare from this pack is already on your shelf — no paused print queue, no emergency order, no overnight wait. This listing is two 106R01147 black cartridges for $91.72, and the second one is best understood as insurance against the printer stopping at the worst moment.

How does the pack price compare with buying singles?

Two singles would cost $110.22; this pair is $91.72, saving $18.50. Worked per cartridge that is $45.86 instead of $55.11, and across the pair's combined 20,000 rated pages the cost eases to roughly 0.46 cents a page — the same cartridges, bought with slightly better timing.

How far does 20,000 pages of black actually stretch?

For a small office printing a few hundred pages a week, this pair can cover the better part of a year. Ratings assume standard coverage, so heavy documents shorten the run — but even allowing for that, two high-yield cartridges turn toner from a recurring errand into a rare one.

When the spare goes in, what should happen next?

Reorder. The habit that makes a two-pack work is simple: the day the shelf spare is fitted, it becomes the installed cartridge and the shelf is empty — that is the moment to buy again. Offices that wait until the second cartridge also fades are the ones caught out mid-job.

Which printers does this pair serve?

The Phaser 6350, Phaser 6350DP and Phaser 6350DT all run on the 106R01147 black, so a two-pack kept in the supply cupboard covers any of those variants — handy where a site has more than one configuration of the machine.

What guarantee backs the pack, and how does delivery work?

Both cartridges carry a one-year warranty with free returns for a full year; the full terms are on our shipping and returns page. Orders dispatch from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, support answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and the broader catalogue is on the Xerox toner page.
