Frequently Asked Questions

Why would an office take six color cartridges in one order?

To take color off the worry list for a long stretch. Six cartridges across the CLP-C660B cyan, CLP-M660B magenta and CLP-Y660B yellow codes means replacements are already in the cupboard when each channel runs down — no emergency orders, no color job paused mid-run. For a machine that prints color daily, that continuity is the entire point of the box.

What is in the box, exactly?

Six cartridges drawn from the three color codes of the 660B family: CLP-C660B, CLP-M660B and CLP-Y660B. There is no black cartridge in this set — black for these machines is a separate unit — so this box is purely a color stock-up, sized for machines whose color consumption is the heavy side of their work.

How much color capacity does the set hold in total?

Every cartridge is rated at 5,000 pages at 5% coverage, so the six together hold 30,000 pages of color capacity across the three channels. The set is priced at $312.55, which breaks down to roughly $52.09 per cartridge — the unit cost of keeping each color channel continuously supplied.

Which printers is the set made for?

The CLP-610ND, CLP-660N and CLP-660ND printers and the CLX-6200FX, CLX-6200ND and CLX-6210FX multifunctions — the same six models that use the individual 660B color cartridges. A quick label check on any color cartridge in your machine confirms the family.

How should we rotate stock from a box this size?

Fit cartridges in the order they arrived and keep the rest sealed in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct light. Toner keeps well unopened, so a six-cartridge box bought today is still a sound box when the last cartridge is needed — rotation simply means the oldest stock is always the next fitted.

What cover stands behind a set of this size?

All six cartridges are covered by a one-year warranty, with free returns throughout that first year; the process is described on our shipping & returns page. Help is on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders dispatch from Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California.
