Frequently Asked Questions

How many pages will I realistically get — 6,000 sounds like a lot?

The 6,000-page rating is measured at 5% page coverage, the industry standard, which matches typical letters and reports. A home office printing 200 pages a month could see well over two years from one cartridge; a busier desk printing invoices all day will move through it faster, especially on dense pages.

Is it smarter to wait until the printer stops before ordering?

Not quite — delivery takes a few business days, so ordering when the low-toner message appears keeps you printing without a gap. Because this single cartridge is only $37.06, ordering at the warning stage costs nothing extra and removes the risk of a dead printer mid-job.

Does this cartridge fit my printer?

It is built for Ricoh SP 3600DN. Ricoh uses several similar-looking cartridges across its SP range, so confirm the 407319 designation on your old cartridge or in the printer menu before checkout.

What should I do when I install the new cartridge?

Remove the packaging and any protective strip, rock the cartridge gently five or six times to loosen the toner, and slide it in until it seats. Run a test page; if the first prints look light, a few more pages usually bring the density up to normal.

What protection do I have after purchase?

The cartridge carries a 1-year warranty, and you can return it free of charge within one year if something is wrong. Terms are spelled out on the shipping and returns page; our support team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

Where does my order ship from?

We dispatch from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA and route your order to the nearest one with stock, which shortens transit times for most US addresses.
