Frequently Asked Questions

Will my prints look sharp and dark with this cartridge?

Yes — a properly built compatible cartridge produces the same dense blacks and clean text as the original in everyday office printing. Faded or streaky output is usually a sign of a nearly empty or faulty cartridge, not of the compatible format itself, and a faulty unit is covered under the warranty described below.

Why buy one cartridge at a time instead of a multipack?

Buying singly keeps $37.06 as your total outlay and avoids storing spares you may not need for months. It suits printers that see light or irregular use, where a 6,000-page cartridge already covers a long stretch of printing on its own.

Is this the right cartridge for my machine?

This cartridge fits Ricoh SP 3600DN. Match the 407319 number against the label on the cartridge you are replacing; if the numbers differ, do not force the fit — contact us and we will point you to the correct listing for your model.

How should I store the cartridge before installing it?

Keep it sealed in its bag, flat, and in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat vents. Stored that way it keeps well past a year, so buying ahead of the low-toner warning is perfectly fine.

What does the warranty and returns cover exactly?

You get a 1-year warranty against defects plus free returns for one year. The full details are on our shipping and returns page, and support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, to arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I recycle the empty cartridge?

Yes. Most office-supply stores and municipal programs accept empty toner cartridges, and many manufacturers run free mail-back schemes. Please do not put toner cartridges in household trash where local rules restrict it.
