Frequently Asked Questions

When does replacing all four colors at once make sense?

When several cartridges are near empty together — common after a long run on the original set — or when a machine is being recommissioned and you want a known, even starting point. A full fresh set also removes the drip of interruptions that follows when colors run out one by one in the same month.

What exactly is in this set?

Four cartridges, one of each color: black, cyan, magenta and yellow. The black cartridge is rated at up to 22,500 pages and each color cartridge at up to 15,000 pages — those are per-color ratings, and real life differs because black and colors are consumed at different rates in everyday mixed printing.

Which printers does this 4-pack serve?

The set contains the high-yield cartridges for Ricoh Aficio MP C3001 and MP C3501. Standard-yield cartridges fit the same machines and can be mixed in later if you prefer; installing this set simply starts the platform on its longest-rated fills.

Will all four cartridges run out at the same time?

Almost certainly not, and that is normal. Black typically leads consumption in office work, while individual colors drain according to your documents — one color may finish well ahead of the others. When that happens, replace just that cartridge; the rest of the set keeps its remaining life.

What is the per-cartridge price in this set?

The set is $258.35 for four cartridges, which averages $64.59 per cartridge. We quote the average plainly rather than dressing the set in a savings claim: its value is a complete, matched restock in one box and one order, with every color restored to a full high-yield fill at once.

What cover does the set carry?

Each cartridge is backed by a 1-year warranty, and compatible cartridges come with 1-year free returns — see our shipping & returns page for details. If one cartridge in the set misbehaves, it is handled on its own; you do not return the whole set to resolve a single faulty unit. Support runs Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
