Also fits: This cartridge also fits the Ricoh IM C3000 and IM C3500 — the same machines also sold under the Savin and Lanier brands with the same model names. Ricoh's rated yields for this platform are 31,000 pages for black and 19,000 pages for each color.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does this set put in the machine, exactly?

One cartridge of each color the platform uses: a black rated at 31,000 pages plus cyan, magenta and yellow rated at 19,000 pages each. It is a complete refresh of all four toner positions in a single order, for offices that want every consumable back to full at the same time — a new installation, a machine returning to service, or a workgroup standardizing its supply shelf.

How much does buying the set save over the four singles?

The four cartridges bought individually total $412.29; the set is $356.82, so you save $55.47 by ordering them together. That works out to about $89.21 per cartridge on average. There is no difference in the cartridges themselves — the set is simply the four singles priced as a bundle.

Do all four cartridges have to be installed the day the set arrives?

No. Swap only the positions that are actually low and keep the rest sealed on the shelf — toner powder stores flat in a cool, dry place without going stale. In practice many offices install black first, since it depletes fastest, and hold the colors until each one genuinely runs down.

The listing says C3500 — is this set tied to that model alone?

No. The listing carries one model name, but all four cartridges in this set belong to the whole Ricoh IM C3000 and IM C3500 color MFP platform, and every machine in that family takes the same set of cartridges. Any model on that platform can draw from this set, not just the one in the listing title.

Why don't the black and color cartridges in the set run out together?

Because they start with different capacities — 31,000 pages for black against 19,000 for each color — and they are consumed by different content. Text-heavy work drains black; graphics drain the colors. Expect staggered replacement from here on, which is normal for this platform rather than a sign anything is wrong.

If one cartridge in the set turns out to be faulty, does the whole set go back?

No — each cartridge is covered individually by the one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year, as set out on our shipping and returns page. Contact support Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST and we will replace or refund the problem cartridge without disturbing the other three.
