Frequently Asked Questions
Who genuinely goes through three black cartridges?
Offices running this compact platform as a shared workhorse — a busy front desk, a small warehouse office, a clinic reception — can burn through a cartridge far faster than a home user. Three cartridges give you about 19,500 rated pages, which for a heavy shared printer can be a realistic planning horizon rather than hoarding.
What does the 3-pack do to my cost per page?
The pack is $167.06 against $204.03 for three singles, a saving of $36.97, and each cartridge works out to $55.69. Spread over 19,500 pages, your black cost lands near 0.86 cents per page — noticeably better than the roughly 1.05 cents a single cartridge delivers on this platform.
Can I split this pack across more than one printer?
Use the spares in the order you bought them — first in, first out — and keep them sealed and flat in a cool, dry cabinet. Marking the purchase month on the box with a pen is a simple habit that keeps rotation honest in a shared supply closet.
Is there any downside to stocking up on this platform?
Only the obvious one: these cartridges fit this specific compact family, so if you plan to replace the printer itself soon, buy closer to your actual usage. For a machine you intend to keep running, the pack pricing is the sensible way to stock.
What's the return policy if my plans change?
You get a one-year warranty on the cartridges and one year of free returns if something isn't right. Our support team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and the complete policy is on our shipping and returns page.
