Frequently Asked Questions
Who actually goes through three SP 3300 cartridges?
Offices that print steadily all year. Three cartridges give you about 15,000 pages, which is a full year of supply for a printer doing around 1,250 pages a month — a typical pace for a small office, a front desk, or a back-office machine handling invoices and forms. Buying the year at once means toner stops being a recurring errand.
What is the math on the 3-pack versus buying singles?
Three cartridges bought one at a time would run $267.99. This pack is $231.01, saving you $36.98 and bringing the per-cartridge price down to $77.00. Honest context: that works out to roughly 1.54 cents per page, which is still premium pricing — toner for a discontinued model always is. The pack just takes the edge off a cost you cannot avoid if you keep this printer.
Is this the right cartridge for my machine?
It is, if your printer is Ricoh Aficio SP 3300. All three cartridges in the pack are identical black cartridges built for that model. Ricoh used many similar model names over the years, so it is worth a two-second glance at the name on your machine before ordering — the right cartridge for the wrong model helps nobody.
If I only use two, can the third go back?
Yes. Returns are free for a full year, and every cartridge also carries a 1-year warranty, so an unopened third cartridge can go back if your printer is retired or your volume drops. The complete terms are on our shipping and returns page. Stocking ahead does not lock you in.
Will three cartridges sitting on a shelf go bad?
Not if you store them reasonably: sealed, flat, out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Toner is a dry powder, not a liquid, so it does not dry out. Rotate your stock — oldest cartridge in first — and a three-pack bought today will print just as well when the last one goes in months from now.
Where will my order ship from?
From the closest of our four warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and California, so most orders arrive quickly without expedited fees. Questions at any point? Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
