Frequently Asked Questions
The SP 3300 only holds one cartridge — why would I buy two at once?
Because the second one is your insurance against a dead printer at the worst moment. When an SP 3300 runs dry mid-job, work stops until a replacement arrives. With a sealed spare on the shelf, the swap takes two minutes and nobody notices. For a printer this age, where toner gets scarcer every year, having the next cartridge already in the building is worth more than the small saving — though there is a saving too.
How much do I actually save with the 2-pack?
Two singles would cost $178.66. This pack is $160.17, so you save $18.49, which brings each cartridge down to $80.09 and gives you about 10,000 pages total. We will be honest: at roughly 1.60 cents a page this is still not bargain toner — cartridges for discontinued models never are. The pack simply makes a necessary purchase a little less expensive.
Can I split the two cartridges between two SP 3300 printers?
Absolutely. Each cartridge is individually sealed, so you can install one in each machine, keep both for one printer, or hand one to another department. Nothing about the pack ties the cartridges together — they are two complete, independent units in one box.
Does this pack fit my printer?
Yes, if your machine is Ricoh Aficio SP 3300. Both cartridges in this pack are the same black cartridge made for that model. If your printer is a different Ricoh, do not order on a guess — find your exact model on our site and order the cartridge listed for it.
What if one of the two cartridges turns out to be faulty?
Each cartridge is covered on its own by our 1-year warranty, and returns are free for one year — including an unopened spare you end up not needing. Details are on our shipping and returns page. A bad cartridge gets replaced or refunded; it never becomes your problem to absorb.
How should I store the spare cartridge?
Keep it sealed in its bag, flat, in a cool dry cabinet away from sunlight and heaters. Stored that way, a toner cartridge waits patiently for a long time. When the installed cartridge starts fading, put the older stock in first so your inventory rotates instead of aging on the shelf.
