Frequently Asked Questions

Who buys four cartridges at a time for the T652dtn?

Mostly organizations with more than one of them — branch offices, school or clinic fleets, and departments that standardized on the dtn for its twin trays. Four T650H11A cartridges represent up to 100,000 pages, so a single 4-pack can seed stock at several sites or anchor a full year of supply at one busy location.

What is the saving at this quantity?

The 4-pack is $623.32 — $155.83 per cartridge against $169.69 bought singly, a total saving of $55.44 over four separate purchases. Toner cost per page drops to roughly 0.62 cents, which is the best rate available on this cartridge in any quantity we sell.

Do all four cartridges have to go to T652dtn printers?

No. The listing is titled for the dtn, but the T650H11A is common across the platform — T650, T650n, T650dn, T650dtn, T652, T652n, T652dn, T652dtn, T654, T654n, T654dn, T654dtn, T656dne, TS654dn and TS656dne. A fleet buyer can allocate these cartridges to whichever of those models needs one next, which is precisely how multi-site stock pools are usually run.

How do I keep track of four cartridges across sites?

Simple rotation works: store them in delivery order, issue the oldest first, and reorder when the pool drops to one. At a combined 10,000 pages a month across machines, this pack lasts about 10 months; at half that volume, close to 20. A one-line stock note beats discovering an empty shelf during a print run.

Will the last cartridge still print well after a year on the shelf?

Yes, provided it stayed sealed, flat, and in a cool, dry place away from sun and heaters. Toner powder does not evaporate or settle like liquid ink, so a properly stored cartridge installs and prints normally even after extended storage. Open it only when the printer asks for it.

Does buying in bulk change my warranty or return rights?

It does not. Every cartridge in the pack carries the same one-year warranty, and the free returns window is a full year for each unit, per the policy on our shipping & returns page. If one cartridge misbehaves, you deal with that one — the rest of the pack is unaffected.
