Frequently Asked Questions

Why buy two cartridges at once instead of reordering when one runs out?

Because a T650 rarely warns you at a convenient moment. With this 2-pack, the second cartridge sits on the shelf as an instant spare: when the first fades, you swap it in minutes and reorder at leisure instead of waiting on a delivery with a dead printer. Across the two cartridges you get 50,000 rated pages.

What does the 2-pack save compared with two single cartridges?

Two singles at $169.69 each would cost $339.38. This pack is $320.91, so you save $18.47, and the per-cartridge price drops to $160.46 — about 0.64¢ per page across the 50,000-page total. It is a modest saving, but it comes with the spare-on-the-shelf benefit as well.

This listing names the T650 — which other printers take this cartridge?

The T650H11A is a platform cartridge, not a T650-only part. Although this listing is titled for the T650, the same cartridge fits the Lexmark T650, T650n, T650dn and T650dtn, the T652, T652n, T652dn and T652dtn, the T654, T654n, T654dn and T654dtn, and the T656dne, along with the related TS654dn and TS656dne models. One cartridge type covers the whole family.

How should I store the second cartridge until I need it?

Leave it sealed in its box, stored flat in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Toner cartridges tolerate normal office storage well, and a sealed spare keeps its full 25,000-page yield until the day it is fitted.

Does printing double-sided change how long the pack lasts?

Duplex printing saves paper, not toner — each printed side still uses the same toner as a single-sided page. So the 50,000-page figure refers to printed pages (sides), however you choose to put them on paper.

How am I covered if one of the two cartridges is faulty?

Both cartridges in the pack are covered by our 1-year warranty, and you have a full year of free returns if either one underperforms. Details are set out in our shipping and returns policy.
